first they take money from us in the name of loan processing, which is non refundable, and they reject the loan application, then they have mentioned that we can delete our account and data, but when I tried to, they asked to write an email. I emailed them so many times, but I always get an auto generated response, which doesn't give any option about deleting the account or data. They are frauds, don't download this app. I'm going to report the app to the google play store. Ridiculous!

The latest update has introduced a critical login issue. After entering my mobile number, the app prompts me to link my email address. However, my email is already linked. Furthermore, attempting to sign up via Google results in an "email address already exists" error. There's no way to bypass this, making the app completely unusable. This is a severely frustrating experience. Please address this problem urgently!
