Useless app Don't Install..They charge 199 just to check!!No guarantee at all. I lost my 199. The application is full of bugs. The reason shared for rejection don't align and they say kyc failed when it show done at my end. All in all for those who were able to get the loan great!! However, I don't see why they charge 199 to check while No other app does this. Overall experience is poor. Please don't believe & don't lost money very worst

Very disappointing experience with Instamoney Loan. I had sufficient balance in my account, but the EMI was not debited on time. Instead, they added late fee charges and then debited an extra amount from my account. After 3–4 days, they say they will credit the extra amount back. The worst part is that even after all my EMIs have been successfully debited from my account, the app still shows that my EMI is due. This is completely unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for customers....
