Very difficult to navigate, can't find the basket section of the app where I have saved bookings that aren't paid yet, and finding bookings i have ongoing was a challenge too. There is two different account tabs, why not one? Why not make it so when you go to the accounts section (from the side not the main home screen) and combine them both there when you click on an account there? It is quite crowded on the screen making finding the right option quite difficult 😕

Booking online went to the final stage - when it demanded going to the app. I loaded the app which did not recognise the Booking I had just made online, but it did demand I register a complex - non standard- password. Did all that and the result is a message in very bold font claiming" something went wrong ". No suggestion of what and a repeat yields the same dismissal. Half hour wasted. Will uninstall.

App generally works ok on my device, there is one issue that I'd like to raise: 1) when activating camera to scan in, it's always out if focus and takes 2-3 seconds to focus, that maybe a driver issue in the app. Great to see app can now store payment card details.
