Worse £44 I've ever spent. Can log into my account because it says there's a duplicate account after I paid for a membership. If the login system actually works, this shouldn't have ever been an issue. If I could give a low score, trust me, I would. FYI, this isn't just the app it's also the website to

Doesn't work... A pointless waste of time. I just want to swim, no one will answer the phone. The app won't recognise any email I input and will not even allow me to be a user. Total waste of time. Ditch this App nonsense and use the money to pay for real humans to answer the phone! I will turn up at the pool with my cash and swap the cash for an hours swim. No faffing about with phones, app sign ups and emails. Just cash in till and me in pool. Call me old fashion, but hey, it works.

The app appears to work fine. The issue is if your a parent wanting to book yourself in with your child to a session I.e. swimming. Each person MUST have an account, meaning I need to setup an account for each of my children, then sign in and out of the app for each child I wish to take, entering payment each time all the time hoping all the slots do not get used up. Clearly the team who created this app do not have children. I doubt I will be using my local pool that often as a result.
