As a user experience designer I can see many flaws in this app. It seems so hard to just view simple things like what classes I've booked with many nested items, pages asking me to login again (when I'm already logged in the app) and a QR code machine scanner when my gym isn't subscribed to view machine data so it doesn't work. I like the concept of simple tiles, but there are many repeated things shown in different places which just makes it very confusing to find basic things.

Terrible app experience. Just hitting the back button signs you out all the way to the home screen. Signing in took forever because apparently I had two accounts with the same email (how is that even allowed to happen?) They don't take credit cards but let you enter all of your details and hit submit before telling you the payment failed. When recovering a password it just lets you enter any old string of characters, then says you've been sent an email. Feels cobbled together

Absolutely terrible app just walking back after the woman said I don't have a booking. That's when I remembered as I booked it it said booking confirmed. Then it glitches out and cancells it. Also lots of hidden bottoms, very very very difficult to make an account and to actually get a membership is almost impossible. Go to another pool/gym.
