i hate the new layout. been looking through it the last hour to try and figure out where everything is. it was clear where everything was in the previous layout, i didnt have to navigate through loads of menus. you've also removed the membership card, I pay in person on the day I attend and that card/barcode allowed the staff to book me in quickly. and those moving banners are really irritating, why are you advertising in the membership app? it takes away from the actual purpose of the app.

The app is so slow to do anything. Very unwieldy. Definitely a case where the devs haven't actually used the app themselves. The QR code system to open the gates takes forever. You can only checkout from a class you've chosen, so if you select one class but scan various other days to find other classes but don't select any further classes, you have to go back to the day and class you selected. In summary, it is a massive steaming pile of dog poop.

The app is fine until you want to actually book a class and then you're likely to just get a swirling green circle ... and no place in the class. I've just spent 35 minutes trying to book for 2 classes. I even managed to get a place for one into my basket and then when I clicked to complete the booking the app failed me yet again 😞 Oops we've dropped the ball out said ... oops we've completely messed up and let you down again it meant.
