Mary’s recipes app is designed and created by a London based Nutritionist and Child Food Expert, Maria Kardakova MSc. All receipts are carefully handpicked and adjusted to make the most of the food we eat daily and feed our children.

Cooking should be a joy. Nobody loves to spend hours in the kitchen following long instructions. That’s why the vast majority of Mary’s recipes take up to 25 mins. Or even less.

Healthy food can be delicious. It can have rich flavours. Healthy food does not necessarily require to cut off seasonings, spices or herbs. Mary's recipes will make you enjoy the food to the last piece. And reward your body with healthy and nutritious food.

Planning meals for your family ahead saves lots of your time and takes the most stressful question off your shoulders: What’s for dinner? A variety of recipes for each category is available: breakfasts, soups and stews, snacks, hot meals, salads, drinks, desserts and dips. You can use a weekly menu the app offers (no decision making required) or find the best meal recipe for you and your family. In the updated planner, you have the opportunity to adjust your menu - add afternoon snacks or remove those meals that you choose to eat out of the house.

Your shopping list will be automatically created once a menu for a day or a week is organized. With a single tap all ingredients will be directly added to the shopping lists. If you need to add more items to your grocery list, it’s there as well.

Each recipe on the paid version is accompanied by information on calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates. In addition, all versions of the app contain information about the nutritional value of your daily diet - the number of servings of protein, dairy products, grains and fruits/vegetables. Now available in the menu planner.

Mary’s app has a range of filters to meet your personal food preferences and dietary needs. You can select vegetarian, vegan recipes, gluten free, no sugar recipes for people with diabetes. Filter the recipes if you have peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, fish and seafood allergy.

Weekly meal planner and grocery list will help you cut down on food waste as much as possible, as well as reduce your expense. What’s also important – smart consumption saves the Earth's natural resources.

Active users who cook at least 5 dishes from the app during the week get access to a secret recipe. Launch the "start cooking" function, cook with us and expand your recipe database.

Now, after the cooking process you can rate the recipe. Save your favourite recipes to your favourites, rate them and collect a family cookbook that has been tested by time and taste-preferences of your favourite people.

Add your favourite recipe or entire menu to your Shopping Cart and use the latest store integration technology to make online grocery purchases without leaving the app! The service is available when using the English version of the app in the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, USA.

Looks pretty, haven't tried the recipes yet. But for me the major flaw is that you can't add your own recipes, or even just make your own menu with dishes outside of this app. It certainly is nice not to have to think about the menu. But I might not want to eat what the app suggests every day. The search for a perfect menu planning tool continues.

I liked the app and the collection of recipes. It looks very colorful and professional. However, I have to take 1 star off. As there is no possibility to select how many people are normally eating by default (default of the app is 4), every dish has to be manually adjusted, which is annoying for the weekly meal plan. Also, as I am living alone, for me it would be great to include some dishes into the menu several times to reduce amount of cooking (I am okay to eat second day leftovers).

I really enjoy using the app! The recipes are easy, healthy and tasty - a great mix for good nutrition! Also I love the function of creating menu, the possibility of adding products to the shopping list, and I do love the counter of portions of food! Also I add comments to the dishes. Aaaaand also I can exclude products I dislike. AAAAMAZING!!
