When it works, it works well however If you're not getting good service in your building, the software will crash after taking pictures, forcing you to repeat the process several times. This gets really old real fast when you've got 100 apartments to inspect

downloaded it opened it and it blocked me with a login requirement with no new account set up option. tried to create new through that screen got an error - tried forgot my password - error - yet I can't get past the login screen in the way...what's up with that?

No tech support. Filter work orders on the website doesn't work if you have multiple properties. It won't let you select anything even if your parameters are correct.
