The app constantly loses connection to both of my fountains. Sometimes, the name and location settings don't save. Other times, the entire bowl disappears from my list of devices. I've deleted and resinstalled the app 4 times on 2 different phones. There is absolutely zero consistency with this app. The only reason why I went with the Instachew bowls was for notifications and low water alerts... which don't work because the bowls never stay connected.

Its a decent app that does what its supposed to do. the problem is its over zealousness in trying to sell things, especially its cloud storage. If the app were capable of hiding the services or moving it to the bottom to jeep it out the way, or have the buttons stay at the bottom instead of vanishing, it would make maneuvering the app much easier. And just a note, but being able to connect to Google or Amazon would be nice too.

this app is actually the worst. I got the product that the app controls as a gift and I can't even recommend it to anyone else. the app only works with 2.4g, not 5g internet, so good luck when providers stop offering 2.4g or if yours doesn't already. devices are immediately forgotten by the app as soon as they are configured. pushes subscriptions and add ons when basic features with the base free app don't work. dont waste your money. I'd say more if I wasn't capped to 500 characters.
