The app constantly loses connection to both of my fountains. Sometimes, the name and location settings don't save. Other times, the entire bowl disappears from my list of devices. I've deleted and resinstalled the app 4 times on 2 different phones. There is absolutely zero consistency with this app. The only reason why I went with the Instachew bowls was for notifications and low water alerts... which don't work because the bowls never stay connected.

App is mostly an advertisement to try and sell cloud storage. Making it tedious and much less functional then it should be. Home page is 90% dedicated to selling storage while accessing your camera is a super tiny little button. Think you can click the big play button on the camera feed to check in on your animal? Nope, that's a direct link to your storage pricing options. Beyond that the playback is a little confusing and doesn't indicate when each movement event is, and unclear when recording

Thanks for your feedback! You don’t need a subscription to use your camera, tap the small camera icon for live feed. Cloud storage or an SD card is only needed if you want to play back recordings. We’ll share your feedback with our product team to help make the app more user-friendly.

Past Can't see the pictures when track or motion. It also disconnects and logs out really badly. I reset it many times and reported it a few times on email from app, once received a call but never received what was told to me. I really hope it gets better, it would really match what they promised when you buy it. Present 12/25 It gotten better since the last time, thanks so much!!!!!
