Instagram is great, but not for business accounts. The problems I have are that I cannot schedule posts through my phone. I can only schedule posts through my tablet. Also, boosting barely works. I reach maybe two more people than usual when I boost when the promise is up to 100. The other problem is the algorithm. If you are an up-and-coming artist, it's extremely hard to gain traction and have it stick. Other than that, it's a good app if you're not using it as a business account.

Unable to scroll through a story without it freezing solid. It randomly crashes at time where it's never been opened so how's it running in the background? The reels when clicking on one are extremely repetitive instead of loading new things. Fix your app. Now. Was flagged for unfollowing a bunch of people at one time (expected). 3 days later, I get told I apparently used something to get likes/follows and now I'm completely limited and can do nothing until 2024-04-08. FIX YOUR USELESS SYSTEM.

I guess the app updated at some point, because now I can no longer view any saved or like posts/reels that I've seen. Years of posts from friends and family or reels that I found to be enjoyable are just gone. No clear answer or solution to fix this issue. There used to be an option that said recent activity that showed these, but that option is gone.
