About as reliable and easy as you would want a medical service to be. Reasonable fixed prices for under or over ten minutes, and multiple types of appointments offered. I appreciate that if a video call fails they can contact you via your phone number as a backup so you don't lose your place in the queue and completely failed to connect calls can be refunded. Will recommend to family.

Good idea for an app but it doesn't allow you to add a hyphen to your name. My legal name is hyphenated and I had to call support to change it so that I could even make an appointment. I could have made one without updating my name, but then it wouldn't match my Medicare and I would have been charged a private fee. This is definitely something that should be addressed.
