Ratings and reviews

Good idea for an app but it doesn't allow you to add a hyphen to your name. My legal name is hyphenated and I had to call support to change it so that I could even make an appointment. I could have made one without updating my name, but then it wouldn't match my Medicare and I would have been charged a private fee. This is definitely something that should be addressed.

Constantly gilled with errors. Tells me to add a card, but I already have. When I try to add it again, there's either a proxy error or I get told the queue is at capacity. I tried for 2 hours to get a consult. Edit: Also, the developers ignore all other issues mentioned, as seen in their automated reply! I was able to get into the queue, but was kicked out repeatedly because of issues on their end, like forcing me to reenter my card everytime I try to join the queue.

It's weird to "rate a doctor" like we know more than them... Otherwise a fantastic way to contact a doctor in Australia, because no way we'd actually be able to book in with a local doctor... (was 4 stars) Additional now: It's been a year and a half since I first wrote a review on this app. It's still baffles me how doctors need to be reviewed by patients on this app. I have dropped my rating because I see this as more important!
