First of all I LOVE my Publix Pharmacy!!! Unfortunately I feel the experience is diminished by the app. There should be an option to turn auto refills on and off. Most other pharmacy apps have this feature. I continually have to ask the pharmacist to add auto refill to my prescriptions and then for some mystery reason the auto refill gets removed. EDIT: Lilly, my issue is with the app, NOT the store! The pharmacy is amazing! The app is not! Again, there is no option to toggle auto refills!

I cannot even sign in to my existing account. changed to 3 stars as I was finally able to sign in after I connected to a strong Wi-Fi. BTW, I was on a good 5G connection at the Publix parking lot when I raised this issue. I suggest this application (and other Publix apps and website that take forever to load) to be able to rely on mobile / narrower connections.

Nice to have all the info I need in one place so I always have my meds ordered, picked up and ready for when I need them. On rare occasions, if I have a problem, I can usually figure out what happened and can remedy the issue quickly. **I do wish that the app would notify me if my meds are BACKORDERED and when they are expected to arrive** Having this info when I request the refill is important instead of finding out on pick-up day.
