After completing the registration process, I reached the payment options screen, only to find that the app was stuck and unable to process my payment. I attempted to refresh the page and try again, but the same problem persisted. As someone who relies on unemployment insurance to make ends meet, I found this experience to be incredibly frustrating and concerning. The payment processing system is a crucial component of the app., it can prevent users from accessing the benefits they need.

Guys, did you check your app before releasing it? How many people do you have in IT team? Why 2+ years nobody even tried to fix it? what are they doing? playing Dota 2 at work? 1. When you try to paste the otp from the message, it puts only 1 symbol? what a genius guy approved it for release? 2. when I try to pay by Samsung pay, the app shows an error, then "you need to wait for 24 hours to make a try again." Really annoying. And there is no normal customer service in the app.

I don't understand why this app does not have UAEPASS as a login option? Also, the Samsung pay option has had an error since forever (it does not work). Moreover, once samsung Pay fails, it blocks any payment trial for the next 24 hours. Please get your app fixed through a professional service provider. If I start learning app design, I may be able to deliver something better.
