worst app ever, this is a total scam. been in the uae for almost six years and one thing i know all UAE apps are working effectively but the iloe isn't working at all. I don't know how someone else's email address and phone number got attached to my account and no option for edit. it's funny how no one from the technical team has ever responded on the negatives reviews.

The app is full of bugs that hasn't been fixed for over 2 years. Not able login, not able to receive OTP, always error. Kindly look into this app and fix it ASAP...

After completing the registration process, I reached the payment options screen, only to find that the app was stuck and unable to process my payment. I attempted to refresh the page and try again, but the same problem persisted. As someone who relies on unemployment insurance to make ends meet, I found this experience to be incredibly frustrating and concerning. The payment processing system is a crucial component of the app., it can prevent users from accessing the benefits they need.
