useless app, useless product, as big waste of money. Device constantly "offline", app is vague, no good troubleshooting help, online help is nowhere to be found. DO NOT WASTE you money on this brand, get something else. Un app que no funciona, cero apoyo por parte de la web. Es botar el dinero. Busquen otra marca.

The only bad thing would be the initial setup for the camera. I wish there was a more in-depth explanation in the manual and app because I wasted so much time trying to scan the qr code. Also, please have patience while adding the camera device. Let it scan by itself because it automatically adds the camera to your phone. If it still doesn't connect, reset the device from the base. Amazing app and interface, clean playback, and good UI. Just wish it was more user-friendly

I am pretty satisfied with the app and the camera but the way to check the past events is sometimes confusing, hacing to drag a dial-like bar trough the hours.
