The only bad thing would be the initial setup for the camera. I wish there was a more in-depth explanation in the manual and app because I wasted so much time trying to scan the qr code. Also, please have patience while adding the camera device. Let it scan by itself because it automatically adds the camera to your phone. If it still doesn't connect, reset the device from the base. Amazing app and interface, clean playback, and good UI. Just wish it was more user-friendly

Needs better explanations (English). There are too many "Smart Camera" icons to select and no explanation for each camera icon, like model etc; just the icon. The app is very good, but it lacks instruction (english).

Wifi smart cameras don't work consistently. It's been two days trying to establish a connection. This happened last week as well. The inconvenience of having to play Russian roulette to see if the camera works is obviously not the reason I bought a security camera for. I contacted support and after hours got a message back in broken English to wait. That isn't much of a solution. There is also no support during the weekends.
