After logging into the application, first create a profile enter your credentials securely.

You can initiate services by choosing the most suitable health for yourself, your family or a relative in need of care.

For example, if you have a relative with a chronic illness; you can choose from Chronic Follow-up plans such Respiratory Diseases, Circulatory Diseases, Metabolic Disorders or Complex concomitant Chronic Diseases, whichever is applicable to the patient.

For relatives requiring homecare 60+ years of age, under 60 and Palliative Care Services can be chosen.

TeleHealth services can be used to access health services quickly and safely.

Doctors’ appointments are much easier and convenient with the INTEGRO application. An appointment can be scheduled for a desired time through Create and Appointment tab by selecting a date and time; and you can meet with your doctor at the appointed time from wherever you are.

Within the scope of Home Health Services, you can receive health services at the comfort of your home. Most services, such as House Nurse, Caregiver, Doctor Examination, Wound Care, Alzheimer’s Care, Check-up, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Mother and Child Care Services, Special Care for Oncology Patients and Home Medical Device Service can come to your home upon request.

With TeleHealth service you can virtually connect to a health specialist and find answers or solutions to your questions and concerns instantly.

Through our Chronic Patient Service, you can receive special health services for Heart, Vascular, Hypertension, Cancer, Chronic Lung, Obesity and other chronic diseases.

You can buy or rent wearable devices, you can request various imaging, lab testing and other health services to be provided at the convenience of your home. You can manage your health data and share it with your health specialist and doctor at any time.

Ambulance service can easily be reached for emergencies and transfers to the most appropriate hospitals.
