Very bad experience they don't know how to manage business account. I open account as I impressed from my brother account as he have personal account very good service etc so I try to open business account after too many formalities and branch visits but they have much problems so I decide to close account I visit 2 3 times office but cannot close even they did not block today after some months 1 my friend deposited payment in account and almost 4000 they deduct. Very bad this. I want my money

for the love of god. please fix the app.too many issues from login errors to unnecessary password change requests to failing to register transactions in time . complicated beneficiary adding steps . app shutting down all of a sudden. failing to upload trade license. too many transactions missing in bank statements . list goes on and on i can't even remember all the issues i experienced with this app . people are moving to AI now and your failure of a basic app couldn't even function properly SMH

worst banking app ever! still working in the stone ages as an intuitive app, makes everything extremely complicated. try and avoid
