Been good til this month. Always been able to log in and pay my bill no issues. Until this month. When I try to use app it says can't connect with server. Tried again next day same issue. I work 12 hr shifts can't get in to pay bill at office and don't use checks.

Disgusted with this app right now!!!! As of Christmas week I stopped receiving my text alerts on my balance.... I am on prepaid and count on my alerts but now the app won't even work!!!! Loads main screen and then goes to black screen with nothing!!!! I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH THIS APP RIGHT NOW!!!!

Intercounty has changed their app to SmartHub. I didn't realize this myself until I got my bill in the mail and saw the flyer. I hope this helps with anyone who was confused about the issue with the app.
