Step counter in my app is not working since last one month. I log in the app & walk avg 9k steps every so loosing all those miles along with walking challenge reward. Request to resolve the problem & credit last month's all miles to me.

The app says you can earn miles by shopping on Amazon via Intermiles. Twice I did this and there was no confirmation of the points credited. No email, no notification, no nothing. Call center guys asking me to send a invoice of the purchases made on Amazon using this app and that it can take 75 days for the points to be credited but while deduction of points it happens real time and there is never any delay or glitch. Highly inconvenient process. Buggy app. Fix it first before releasing it.
