Ratings and reviews

This app runs very slow (even if you have super fast internet connection). It's good for earning money but it will take too much time at every step. You can spin and play games to earn intermiles but sometimes they are not added to your account. You have to spin and play again and once again , it will be too slow(due to bad intermiles server). At last , you will be extremely extremely annoyed.

The app says you can earn miles by shopping on Amazon via Intermiles. Twice I did this and there was no confirmation of the points credited. No email, no notification, no nothing. Call center guys asking me to send a invoice of the purchases made on Amazon using this app and that it can take 75 days for the points to be credited but while deduction of points it happens real time and there is never any delay or glitch. Highly inconvenient process. Buggy app. Fix it first before releasing it.

Worst experience to use for flights booking. It throws server error during booking repeatedly. Customer support is of no help and ask to try again from different browser or app. Intermiles yearly statement has a worst format with no chronological order to read how points are credited. The company does not give miles credit for each spend. There is no way to track what credit has been provided. Customer support doesn't provide any response on missing credits. Overall worst reward program app.
