Ratings and reviews

Most apps open with a click and remain active. So why do I always have to log on to the Interval app? I get multiple Getaway alerts, and I have to log in every time. If Marriott Bonvoy's app can do it, why can't Interval? Also, it would be nice if the Getaway indicated a Guest Certificate could be used. It would also be nice to see more availability for Guest Certificates. Thank you.

Update. Intrerval still sucks. App Marginal. Works OK, but a lot of bait and switch on exchanges (now you see something you'd like, now you don't when App gives an error message trying to exchange). Company itself is awful. Luckily, my owned unit is enjoyable and convenient to use. I'm not exchanging with Interval after this year. Too bad. I've owned for 30 years. Interval only got terrible in the last 5 or so. Dates never available, or properties are dumps, cheaper direct booking etc.

I dont like the search results with the app, and prefer the website. With the website, I search a date range, then click on a location, and see everything available at that location within the range I'm searching. Very easy. With the app, the results come up by date instead, and I have to click each and every date, to see what resorts are available. Its completely backwards, and takes forever to go thru all of the dates. Especially if I'm searching a large range of dates, which I do very often.
