Unable to sign lease. This is a programmer issue. We tried from my Samsung Galaxy on Android operating system & my family member's Apple phone on IOS & when you hit submit, you'l get the "processing" with the green circle but it never processes on android. On iOS it times out after 5 minutes. My guess is you have a missing step on the last signature page that allows the user to sign or opt out & that's probably on the programmer's computer but not the actual app. Seen it 1,000 times. Fix ur app!

the app is poorly set up. its almost useless. customer service is wayyyy worse. if you want to wait for 30 minutes. Except when you owe a bill and need help with billing. then the call goes right through. and nobody speaks English. middle eastern support has broken english and they have even gotten frustrated with me for not understanding them.

This app does not work well. I signed 4 leases, and it just keeps popping up a day after it's signed and says it hasn't been. The only use I get out of it is a reminder for calibration. Plus, if this confounded device is installed on your vehicle, you need to know that it has a constant draw on your battery. It ruined one of mine, and I had to keep a battery maintainer on it.
