App is very buggy. Should be available on desktop. Tried contacting my lenders multiple times. No updates. Lender also says he will call me each time I report an issue but calls me at bad times. Not a fun experience trying to use this app for my clients. Caused a lot more inconvenience than necessary. Also, I just can't get over the face that there is not desktop / browser education. Lots of agents do work from their desktops. Really doesn't make sense to me.

It has potential. Easy to submit a client for them to complete the loan application. Easy to see the status of the application. Conditional approvals are hit and miss. Sometimes it generates an approval letter sometimes it doesn't. Apps been updated to include a nudge option for those who started but didn't finish which is great. Notifications for some reason stopped working. Also would be nice if there was just a link I could send to people or be able to post on social media for them to submit.

Total Fail. This concept was a total failure. This is what happens when you try to put yourself between agents and lenders and take an extra fee for yourself. The client is the one that suffers by overpaying and getting a lower level of service.
