I subscribed for one year plan in September 2018 and cancelled in December, but have not get refund. I contacted IBD and was told my plan expired and no access to the service is available for me, suggesting me to contact Google play, and google play told me since money has been transferred to IBD, asking me to contact IBD. This bounce back and forth. My request is simple, since I paid one year fee, if no refund is made, I should be allowed to have access to the service through the remaining time of the year.
