This app is good for 2 years. After 2 years they increase the pro price to 100%. I wish that we could just buy a few more invoices that is needed but I have to pay R2000 to do my next invoice and for the rest of the year. My business is very small and I cannot pay R2000 for 100 or more invoices. I use 50 or 60 a year. Now I have to uninstal and search for another invoice and start all over again.
Absolutely love this app. Works super well for road warrior small business like mine. But is there a way to create and send my clients receipts? I can log my receipts no problem, but would be nice that I don't have to use another app to make a receipt to a client. Update: Recent price increases have stopped me from using the app. 150 for invoicing seems a bit steep
This company is a crook. I started with unlimited version for $29. in 2013 then they increased price to $49.99 in 2014. The $99.99 in 2015 and 2016. Now they're at $150. I had unlimited everything 1user. I renewed in November with unlimited everything. There's no way i can have 200 clients from November to February. Any I've to pay $150 because that's how much it is for 1 year apparently. Even though i just paid $99.00 3 months ago. These people are a rip off. Be careful. Apparently their real unlimited plan is $399. WATCH OUT....
Works very well. Nice and clean interface. Was our first step into having invoices stores electronically, and the transition went smoothly. Saves alot of time now that our few employees all have identical and current versions of invoices. Saves alot of errors. And so handy in the phone instead of carrying around an invoice book. The e-invoices for customers great to stay relevant with the times. Can't think of anything I dislike about except that it alphabetically sorts clients by first name not last, but I'm likely just missing that I'm in the settings. *I have minimal experience with other apps invoice apps*
Don't buy it. It only works for 3 months!!! Then the fix it, works for two weeks then you sit with the same problem... No support. They don't even call you back. Would also help I'd you could choose a different template (t and c's) for every quote you do. Not all my products are the same. Also for different users?
This app makes life easier.. but often struggle with glitches. One, for instance, is the fact that it keeps reminding me that I have unsent documents.. when in fact I have sent the documents already. My app also doesn't correspond with the Web log in. Invoices I have created on the same account do not appear on the app no matter how many times I sync them. NOW, I'm trying to send an invoice I created, but everytime I push send it tells me " Invoice# contains no items. Please add at least one item in order to send the invoice". I have 2 items on the invoice :/ Invoice to go.. please advise.
