Dear Sir, with the passage of time, many banking systems have moved ahead of your app. For example, money does not come from bKash to your bank, and you cannot send money to bKash or Nagad from your app. Sir, as a general customer, we need these facilities a lot. When I go to bKash to bank, I cannot find the name of your bank, and I cannot send money to bKash or Nagad from your app. If you ensure all these facilities with an update, I will benefit a lot.

I can't access to my account even after input my password user I'd. Every time it shows me that service unavailable. Second time I want to log in through another device. Then it showed me that device info, user name, password all are incorrect. Now tell me what to do. It is really disappointing.

I have been using the Islami Bank iBanking Smart App for a long time and already have an account. However, after the recent update, I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it shows "Invalid User ID". Previously, the app worked smoothly, but now it has become unusable for me.
