Why can't I install this app in some other devices? It says this app was build for older version of Android but I was still using the app on that device then I uninstalled it for some reason after that when I went to download it again it says the above mentioned statement. What to do now? Give some feedback or fix the issue.

I can't access to my account even after input my password user I'd. Every time it shows me that service unavailable. Second time I want to log in through another device. Then it showed me that device info, user name, password all are incorrect. Now tell me what to do. It is really disappointing.

The condition of this app is very bad..The user interface is very simple.. Which is not good nowadays..The bigger problem is that if you want to do any transaction through this app, you can't do it anymore..You can see that the OTP doesn't come..This is what happens at the maximum time.. As a result, I have to leave the app and work with the browser. Even in 2023, even if the bank has an app, if I have to work with the browser, then it is very disappointing...
