I've been using this service for a good couple of years now. The cash out used to be smooth up until the recent one that I am still awaiting the cashout since February and one before this was audited and took just as long to pay out. I'm actually quite disappointed as there seems to always be a problem with my particular cashout with you guys and it's actually becoming annoying. I've followed up with emails but the responses is always that IT is looking into it and the cashout is stuck 🙄.

Snapnsave was great, but can't continue to reccomend the app anymore. I attempted to cash out in Oct 2024, and payment is still pending. First it was due to a system upgrade. Update: as of 4 June the status has been changed to submitted. Hopefully the change to cash out will be soon, but will see how it goes. Also impossible to log into the app with Honour x5b, keyboard pops up and down rapidly when you try to add number and password.

What started off as a wonderful savings system has dissolved into an absolute disappointment. After being a member since 2017 and receiving over R1 600 in payouts, it seems that nobody is getting payouts anymore. Yes, you may have over 2 million users, but that's not my issue. I've been waiting for my payout for 3 months now, which is not acceptable Please sort my payment out as I really would like to carry on using the app, until then, it's on pause.
