I've been using Snap n Save for a while now, and it's honestly one of my favourite cashback and rewards apps. Uploading till slips is quick and straightforward, and I love being able to earn cashback on everyday purchases. The app is easy to navigate, submissions are usually processed without any issues, and the savings really do add up over time. It's a simple way to stretch your grocery budget. Every rand counts, and this app makes it easy to get rewarded for purchases you're already making.

I have been with SnapnSave for a couple of years now. never had issues until their upgrade. took them long to get it right. The app is running smoothly albeit a bit slow. I dont know if they manually review the slips, but the rejection rate is quite high sometimes and other days its fine although i been doing it for many years. Payments are made promptly to my vsnk account. I must say that given all the apps with the till snapping, SnapnSave is the best. .

Tried again today, and still can't get in. Used the app since 2023 and I used to love and recommend it to everyone. It got better but it has been a steady decline into sucky. If you don't have a battle logging in, then items take aggggeeeesss to load. Heaven forbid you accidentally touch something because that WILL open, but the thing you want, you need to tap until your finger falls off. Customer support is lacking, if you get any support at all. Really sad to see such a great app go downhill.
