This app is very easy to use and they respond back quickly. People are very
friendly and always on time. Price is very cheap and nobody can beat it. I
used to ride with them even before the app. Now it's even easier with the
app.

Just awful. I tried to book a ride and it was canceled due to unavoidable
circumstances...
