Vezeeta used to be amazing in the beginning. Now, delivery takes more than three hours every time and customer care is of no help; in fact, they lied to me about an order being on the way when in fact it was still being prepared. I used to be one of Vezeeta's most loyal customers but now I prefer Yodawy due to the speed and products available. I don't reccomend you use this app especially if you're urgently waiting for medicine.

The medical service is very good, but I have two problems. First, most skincare products are unavailable or in limited quantities. Second, after completing a two-month running challenge to buy some products with Vezeeta points, I was surprised to find that only 8% of the points were available for purchase, which is a very low percentage. Since then, I haven't used this app because I'm so frustrated.I hope points percentage increases so I can use my points and enjoy dealing with you.

I made a big order, after 3 hours of wait, it says the order was delivered when I didn't receive anything, I can't contact neither the pharmacy or the customer support, the hotline gives me a recorded message saying contact through the app, when submitting the complaint through the app does nothing, either pay on delivery when using this app or don't use it at all if you don't wanna get scammed edit: no I didn't have a prior agreement with the pharmacy with the order as you are claiming
