The worst customer support I have ever seen. They are just good in silence. I have 2 payment issues in two different cases and sent them with proofs but they never respond -as usual-

A complete application with a perfect service. Everything I need in the medical field, I open Vezeeta, and it is done professionally: any medicine, looking for professional doctors, reserving appointments in clinics, making call consultation, and also medical analysis. on the other hand, there is good customer service and follow-up for every note or comment on the application.

Good app. But customer service was not very professional when I called to ask why my review of the clinic was not published. The customer service filed a report and the contacted me again, passive aggressively telling me that she filed the report and when she asked when did I post my review I replied today, she then asked me "You posted it today and you want to be publicized today?"I told her yes,then she got frustrated and changed her tone cause I didn't tell her this, although she never asked.
