I downloaded the app to get a doctor for my 80 year old father that fell in the bathroom and no one bothered to call after I scheduled an appointment for a home visit. Not recommended. Got a call from the support team that told me I need to do the whole process again and either wait for the search or schedule the appointment and if they did not find the doctor I have to resedule till the doctor is assigned. The way both agents spoke to me was extremely disrespectful. Zero star from my end.

It's awesome, I really recommend it if you want to save your time money and choose wisely
