Ratings and reviews

This app has a major problem. My primary internet access is via my phone. I have a mobile Hotspot on the phone to use computers and devices. I set it to 2.4 to set up the camera, and the app wants me to connect to wifi. I AM THE WIFI. This app should be smart enough to realize it's running on the router. I also have an extender. If I connect the phone to it, there's no longer an internet connection. That seems to make the app incapable of setting up the camera. FIX IT.

The camera is great but the app is very bad. Every time I open the app i will need to login twice. I didn't purchase the cloud and have used the SD card to store the videos. However, I keep getting an error message regarding the SD card and not able to get a response from the technical support. Update: Finally able to reach the technical support. Problem solved. Give back 3 ⭐ because the camera is really great.

Would be nice to also have a forward/fast forward-and reverse when reviewing the recordings in addition to the bar you can drag. The bar jumps in blocks in time which makes it difficult to get to a precise point in the recording. Dont replace the sliding bar though. That is a good feature. Just enhance the video review with addtl ways to review.
