horrible experience! I'm waiting for a refund of 300 rs for past 1.5 months!! better buy from Amazon or other partners! never buy from them directly!! I placed order for 3 items, only 1 got delivered, not sure what happened to my money for other 2. 3rd item was completely different, and I returned it. still waiting for the 300 rs refund for that. their customer support is horrible! I REPEAT NEVER BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY

very god customer care team, too much time to times... was my first and from Clovia... App needs to be developed better....I to for a size change... the was not even packed as good as the first time one of the items was incorrect... tried returning it, complained 4 times, but I think their system is so confusing that customer care also didn't understand what was happening

Disgusting service! You built an app, but at least make sure it actually works. This is the second time you've accepted my order, packed it, marked it as shipped, and then canceled it yourselves. If you don't have the stock or can't deliver, stop wasting customers' time by accepting orders in the first place. This is completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I've wasted my time twice because of your poor service. Seriously, get your system together.
