Was easy to take surveys, but I tried to redeem $5 worth of points and nothing happens. Sent a message in their system explaining this and got no response. Update- they responded to my message about this and the issue has been fixed, but ever since I've had the app I've only been able to do about 50% of the surveys they send - I'll get an email saying more are available, but when I click on the actual survey to complete it, it is no longer available. This causes me to wail at the sky in dismay😭

The questions can be very personal at times, but the app is easy to surf. I like the app better than doing them on the website because sometimes I'll accidentally refresh the website and have to start over again. I don't have to worry about that on the app. The surveys aren't too lengthy. The rewards are great 👍

Glitchy. Navigation is not intuitive (often returns to log-in screen for no reason, back button in surveys won't bring you back to a previous question, but out of the survey, which can't be returned to). Email notifications tell you a survey is available, and then nothing in the app. When a survey is available in the app, more often than not, when you click, it will "validate your profile", and then tell you you don't qualify (why not check before you waste my time?!!?). Overall, very amateur.
