Does your back hurt? stiff neck? Choose a gentle movement class and within a few minutes you will feel improvement and stress relief.
With classes that fit into every moment and situation, from five minutes to half an hour in a variety of positions and actions.

With over a hundred movement lessons, through daily practice you will gain better knowledge and control over your body, ease of movement and improved concentration.

Suffering from a specific problem? We have prepared dedicated programs for you that group classes on a variety of topics such as erecting the back, flexing the chest, breathing and more. At the end of each program you will feel a marked improvement from the starting point.
The classes are led by Lena Rosenberg, a certified Feldenkrais instructor with rich international experience in leading groups, workshops and companies.
