dangerous and contradicting itself, this ai workout program uses dangerous methods even if I didn't fill up the "hardmaxxing" option, for example I needed to do 8x60 sec of pulling the maxilla, I asked their ai and it told me that I shouldn't do this and instead told me to do gentle chin tucks, this ai workout is filled with dangerous steps and also the amount of product that you need to actually follow the whole thing perfectly is over a hundred €, save your 10 bucks by not buying this.

Now as am writing this am not really sure if this app is legit or not(I haven't purchased the subscriprions yet) but the thing tht let me about thinking of this was because of the rating I got I lowk expected a low rating but got like a 8 to 9 in everything so if there's anyone else please lemme know if this app is legit or not. I have heard of all the creators telling about psl this psl that but am not really buying it so if any1 is there whom this app helped to ascend lemme know. Ps:no hate

honestly it seems like a good product but I ran into error 5 for both the payment options for weekly and monthly payments.
