Very disappointed. This app Take your money and information but do not book a retiring room

Very bad. I am trying to book but every time a option is coming for check out date. But this column is unavailable. I talked to customer care a lady replied and told me to book from website. When I tried to book on website for city two rows are coming. I typed my city name and tried to book. A instructions comes to fill all the places. So I put my district name in second place. But as I fill the the first place the second place automaticly wipes out and vice versa.
