The UI needs to be overhauled. The app looks outdated and desperately needs to be simplified. I have to tap two times just to reach fingerprint login option. There should be an option to select any particular seats as one might want. Maybe charge a bit extra for it like the airlines do. Why does it even have an option to pay my electricity bills or Google Play recharge? It doesn't make any sense. Please remove the unnecessary stuff. It makes the UI look too busy.

For a government app, this is surprisingly good. Taking away one star because of one major bug - the app freezes and remains stuck on the opening screen if you disable notifications for irctc. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out. So the solution is - if you've disabled notifications, please remember to enable them for this app whenever you need to use the app.

The IRCTC train ticket booking app is an absolute disaster. It's slow, unreliable, and constantly crashes. Don't even bother trying to use it. Using the IRCTC train ticket booking app is a nightmare. It's filled with glitches and errors, making it nearly impossible to complete a booking without encountering multiple issues. Taking 5 mins for validating user for tatkal reservation. Is it good???? When this application upgrade????
