Lots of ad banners. Sometimes ad banners don't let you do anything but close the app and start over again. Pathetic! Hard to believe this is IRCTC official app meant for ticket booking. Day by day, they are making the app a junk, adding unnecessary features that have nothing to do with rail. Keep it focused, simple, relevant and easy to use.

A completely useless app and system where no train is empty. If you want to book a ticket from 3 months in advance, it is never empty and if you want to walk inside the train, it is not at all annoying. Even though I had to pay so much money to book, there were no empty seats on the train. All the seats were booked within a minute. A completely useless system, app, website is totally useless.

Every time I try to book a reserved ticket, excessive ads interfere with the payment process, leading to repeated failures. The amount gets deducted from my account, but the application still shows a failed payment. This is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. A smoother, ad-free experience is essential, especially for critical transactions. Please fix this issue! It’s no surprise that the app's overall rating on Google Play is very low.
