The app works well most of the time. It does get confused when searching on "Map View" and you need to go back to "list view" before it will show different properties. My biggest issue is the inability to use the website. I am unable to log in and am constantly given an error message (Oops, looks like you got lost in space) Not being able to use the website to view and apply more efficiently is extremely frustrating. When i click contact" TennantApp" i am just send to a list of google reviews.

Really poor user interface and APIs from other programs. I've installed the app, but every time I click a link in an email that directs me to the property listing in the app, I have to "sign up with mobile" and it doesn't let me create an account to save time. I have to sign into the app first (using my mobile number) and then click the link in the email.

Every time I try to open this app it says there is a bug & needs an update before it can open. There is no update available. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it still won't work. Very frustrating as a lot of businesses use this app for people to apply for a rental property. I'm currently homeless with my young daughter. We have never had an issue with getting into a rental, but along with so many others at the moment we have been forced out with nowhere to go. Please fix the issues!!!
