Easier to use than paper since I carry my phone most places. Date and time are automatically populated and simple icons let you record symptoms and what you're doing. HOWEVER 4 stars because the Other option, which is supposed to provide a window so you could enter text, is flakey. Sometimes the window opens, sometimes it doesn't. It hasn't opened for me all morning! Can't seem to get the app to be consistent. Once it starts working again, I'm able to go back and update what I can remember.

No, I'm not giving you my biometric data. No, I don't want to "enhance my experience" by letting you send me notifications. Why do I have to click through these literally every time I open the app? There's absolutely no reason you can't include an option to allow us to stay logged in rather than forcing us to input our login and password and click through these questions every time we want to log anything.

Stays attached after calisthenics, running, cycling, brisk long walks in humid weather, tai-chi, sleep, etc. My only issue with the device is that it started itching at times on day 3. Overall, it is well worth it. Quite unobtrusive. The only visible sign is the bottle cap sized data collector in the middle of the device when wearing tighter clothing.
