Ratings and reviews

This app sucks, as stated in previous reviews the visibility you need a magnifying glass to see some of the test, it does not save your previous training as completed. After passing the training portions it still says in progress meaning the skills portion was not completed. Based on the same reviews as stated from 7 months ago I am not wasting my time calling an inefficient "help" number. Also from previous reviews you cannot take some of these training portions on a mobile phone.

I don't know what to think of ISN, or Empower anymore. I have been been having nothing but problems with them, the browser, the app, all of it. I just keep experiencing bugs. A co worker wrote a review and was told to contact them for assistance. None of it was helpful. They all said the same thing: "Open it up on your chrome browser." "Use a computer." "Update the app." (It was already up to date. I have a test ONE test to complete, its 45mins long and it's due. Dissapointed.

Everytime I've used this app the courses crash- this wouldn't be an issue if it only happened during the reading parts, but since it's happening during the tests I end up having to use an attempt, or it completely fails me on the course when. this is thoroughly annoying, especially when I sink 30 minutes or more of my time into nothing just because the app kicks me out of the course while I'm taking the test.
