I don't know what to think of ISN, or Empower anymore. I have been been having nothing but problems with them, the browser, the app, all of it. I just keep experiencing bugs. A co worker wrote a review and was told to contact them for assistance. None of it was helpful. They all said the same thing: "Open it up on your chrome browser." "Use a computer." "Update the app." (It was already up to date. I have a test ONE test to complete, its 45mins long and it's due. Dissapointed.

This app sucks, as stated in previous reviews the visibility you need a magnifying glass to see some of the test, it does not save your previous training as completed. After passing the training portions it still says in progress meaning the skills portion was not completed. Based on the same reviews as stated from 7 months ago I am not wasting my time calling an inefficient "help" number. Also from previous reviews you cannot take some of these training portions on a mobile phone.

This is the worst amalgamation of training on the planet. I wish they would just stick to pen and paper after my experiences with “Empower” - and I love tech. Having multiple accounts with different companies screws everything up. Whatever hodgepodge of coding they call a program needs to be scrapped. It’s nothing but issues, all the time. If negative stars were a thing I would give them -5 for all the issues ive run into myself, and trying to help others with over the years.
