App pretty much does what is supposed to do but it would be more convenient if you could create a guest from your guest history. Sometimes I need to Grant access to recent visitors who aren't in my contacts because they are guests of another family member.

The codes the app provides will operate the gates so at some point it all works. As far as usability, the app seems 10-12 years out of date. Frequently features just do not work, or login just fails suddenly. Unfortunately most of us are forced to use it by our property company.

UPDATE Aug 2025 - The android version has issues allowing me to select options at the top or bottom of the layout... the main phone options get in the way of the app options. UPDATE: STILL needs a lot more work. Needs more improvements. App has limited functionality, only allowing you to add/remove and send invitations to guests.

We are constantly working on updating the app and adding new features to make it more user friendly. On our latest version of the guest activity is available under logs section and you can filter by dates. We will take that into consideration to add features update your profile on our next release.
