ZoomIN Resident — Resident Access & Intercom

ZoomIN Resident keeps you connected to your property’s entrance from anywhere. When a visitor arrives and scans a QR code with the camera, you'll receive an instant call. Answer with live video, speak to your visitor, and open the gate—all from your phone.

Features:
Video calls — See and speak with visitors at your property’s gate in real-time.
Remote door control — Open gates and doors with a simple slide gesture.
Visitor messages — Receive text messages from visitors when you can't answer a call, and allow access from your phone.
Daily access codes — Share a secure, rotating code so expected guests can let themselves in using a virtual keypad on the phone.
Visitor list — Pre-register visitors by name so they can identify themselves at the gate.
Resident directory — Allows visitors to call directly to owners or residents in a multi-unit property.
Call history — Review a log of all visitors to your unit.

What’s new

New Features:
- Open your property's door or gate instantly using Bluetooth — tap the open gate button and the door opens quickly, no internet required.
- If you want to use Bluetooth without draining your battery use the Save Battery in the Settings Tab (Slower, but uses less battery)
- If you're a resident of Multiple Properties with ZoomIN Access Devices installed, you can easily switch between properties from the Account Drop Down on the Home Dashboard screen.
