It’s time-consuming that I have to enter my card details every single time. Even with the option to save details for next time, it still doesn’t work properly and I need to re-enter everything again. I mainly use the app daily for parking and toll gate payments, so this makes the experience very inconvenient and not user-friendly. Most of the time it works fine, but there are also times when the app says “virtual parking is not available,” which can be frustrating when you need quick access.

I have requested for the change of mobile number In December last year checked now until now, they have not able to change my mobile number, which shows their unprofessionalism.
