About this app

The mobile application of the Tolling Management System in Abu Dhabi provides the user with the ability to manage his account using a set of services and features that allow him to manage his vehicles’ transactions under Abu Dhabi Tolling Gantries through the mobile application directly without return to the website.The application provides the following services:
- New user registration service in the Tolling Management System in Abu Dhabi.
- Vehicle registration service for the user‘s vehicles defined in his traffic file.
- Balance charging service for the user’s wallet and fees payment.
- Traffic statistics service for user’s vehicles transactions under the gantries and their fees.
- View the violations details listed against him.
- Submitting grievance or exemption service with the required documents attached.
- Check the location of the traffic gantries on the map.
- Account management services.

يوفر تطبيق نظام التعرفة المرورية في أبوظبي للمستخدم إمكانية إدارة الحساب الخاص به من خلال مجموعة من الخدمات والميزات التي تتيح له متابعة حركات مركباته عند استخدام بوابات التعرفة المرورية لإمارة أبوظبي من خلال تطبيق الهاتف الذكي مباشرةً دون الحاجة للرجوع الى الموقع الالكتروني.
يوفر تطبيق نظام التعرفة المرورية الخدمات التالية:
- خدمة تسجيل مستخدم جديد في نظام التعرفة المرورية لإمارة أبوظبي.
- خدمة تسجيل مركبات المستخدم في النظام من خلال قائمة مركباته المعرفة في الملف المروري الخاص به.
- خدمة شحن رصيد المحفظة المالية ودفع الرسوم.
- خدمة عرض احصائيات حركات المرور لمركباته من البوابات والرسوم المترتبة عليها.
- خدمة الاطلاع على تفاصيل المخالفات المدرجة بحقه.
- خدمة تقديم طلب تظلم او إعفاء مع إرفاق الوثائق المطلوبة.
- خدمة الاطلاع على أماكن تواجد بوابات التعرفة المرورية على الخارطة.
- إمكانية إدارة الحساب الشخصي.

Bad.Not user friendly app.I end up paying more fines trying failed top up attempts and authentication.Equally bad and user unfriendly are the parking machines.Frustrating and fine promoting system.

have no issue until today, it was working fine, but somehow when try to extend the parking, application is not working, unable to sign in, try with another phone also same it can ask the UAEpass to confirm, but still on the sign in page. Luckily still able to extend via SMS. added: now is working after open from the web and reset password. for login through UAE pass still not possible

The DARB Parking app in Abu Dhabi needs improvement for occasional visitors. The minimum top-up of 50 AED is unreasonable if you only need to pay 5 or 10 AED for short-term parking. It forces users to overpay or leave unused credit, which isn’t practical for tourists or infrequent visitors. A pay-as-you-go or smaller top-up option would make the system far more convenient and user-friendly.
