Ratings and reviews

Awful service with sneaky hidden fees. I tried to cancel several times and this organization uses typical tactics for a business that cannot be trusted. They claimed to not have received my email, or then only had verbal request to cancel the account. I did some work for someone, was not paid, and ended up with a $100 invoice. I would not recommend ITEX and I imagine this business model with be replaced by a blockchain in near future. I did some further research on ITEX and they have a history of fraudulent activity.

ITEX is a great service for businesses to barter and trade. They are like a bank of trade credit instead of cash credit. When you buy stuff it feels like it's free.

I love the pay function. I can check my account balance and update my payment information.
