very very rude customer service in the return option number 3 on the phone, call center. calling me a liar, very smug and egotistical. God, I hope no one deals with him. he also has a weird accent thinks he's American or something. Please check the recorded calls this guy is too rude I can't believe someone allowed him to speak let alone on the phone with customers. I tried to contact you on emails instead because I don't want to deal with him... turns out he's answering my emails. what a joke.

The app collects your data and you can't delete it. RED 🚩FALG! The store tries to cheat you. You see a good deal and add it to cart but just before you reach the final step, it slaps you with a huge import and shipping fees that makes the item no better than if you buy locally. Also, the Saudi gov states that all electronics should have 2y warranty minimum yet these guys give you 1y then charge you if you want more! Everything is super sketchy and dishonest here.

Complete ripoff!! ZERO after sales service. They just want your money. They sent a faulty SSD & when i complained it was not working, they spent 5 days not answering. After failing to solve the issue, they agreed to an exchange. It took them AN ENTIRE MONTH to pick up the SSD. They weren't replying to the shipping company's emails and refused to cooperate. After receiving the SSD, they surprised me that they won't send the exchange and instead, need 7 to 14 working days to check it. THIEVES
