I took a diet plan from them for rs 499 two weeks ago. while doing payment on their app, it showed payment declined three times. meanwhile their executive called me and confirmed me that my registration is successful and payment is received. when I checked my bank account it showed me that payment was deducted 3 times. when I raised complaint to them they said that they will check and refund me excess amount. Finally after struggling so much for about 6 months, refund was issued.
