The IWLD app and its courses have been a wonderful experience, offering helpful tracking for meals, water, sleep, weight, and even BP and diabetes. The classes are informative, motivating, and interactive, and the teachers are very supportive, guiding step by step in my weight loss journey. However, the app sometimes hangs, buttons donāt work, and recipe videos switch between English and Hindi without an option to choose. Fixing these issues will make the app even better.

"I've been using this Indian weight loss app for a few weeks now, and it's been a very positive experience. The main reason I downloaded it was for its focus on Indian cuisine, and it doesn't disappoint. The food logging feature is excellent, with a wide variety of regional dishes and their nutritional information. Also class are very clear. very good motivation.
