Ratings and reviews

Even after I provide my location all the time and while I am in the train, it still reports incorrect arrival and departure times at certain stations. I tried giving review for 3 trains and after typing detailed review, it showed an error and logged me out. It is a good app though to get an idea of the train you might be traveling in.

I've been using ixigo for a long time, and it's one of the best travel apps. The metro cashback and free ticket offers are really helpful and save money. My only request is to please don't let the cashback expire so quickly. Sometimes we don't use the metro for weeks or months, and the cashback gets wasted. Everything else is great. Highly recommended for metro, train, and flight bookings!

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with Ixigo. Yesterday, I booked two waiting list train tickets and paid an extra ₹800–₹900 per ticket, expecting a better chance of confirmation. The tickets were not confirmed. I only received the ticket fare back, while the extra amount was not refunded. Instead, I was given a coupon to use later. Today, I tried to book another ticket using that coupon. At the time of booking, there were 10 seats available. However, because the coupon payment took arou
