Ratings and reviews

I was booking a train ticket. I chose the UPI option for payment, and after the payment process was completed, the app was stuck on the payment screen for a long time. The app didn't display booking details or indicate a failed payment, but the amount was deducted. I couldn't contact customer service because it's artificial software, and I couldn't file a complaint because the booking wasn't displayed. I didn't receive my payment back; this app is a scam.

I booked a train ticket on your app with the 3X refund policy. My ticket was not confirmed, so I chose the 3X coupon option instead of a refund. However, when I tried to use the coupon to book another ticket, the payment failed. After the failure, my coupon disappeared from my account without being used. This is very disappointing, as I neither got a booking nor my coupon back. Kindly resolve this issue by restoring my coupon or providing a full refund at the earliest.

Save yourself the stress and the financial loss. You are much better off going to a local booking counter. Even if you pay a small service fee of 500 or 1000, you are guaranteed a confirmed physical ticket and peace of mind. This app is unreliable and the "assured" features " confirmed or 3X return" is completely misleading. ​Total waste of time and money.
