I have booked train from this as their app is showing confirm or 3X. Now they are saying that alternate travel plan is not added in your ticket and only full refund is added on cancelation. If a ticket remains wait listed refund is initiated by irctc not by you people. So it's simply a scam. If you don't have this policy then why you advertise this feature while making booking and till the time payment completed you provided free cancelation rather than alternate travel plan.

I booked a train ticket on your app with the 3X refund policy. My ticket was not confirmed, so I chose the 3X coupon option instead of a refund. However, when I tried to use the coupon to book another ticket, the payment failed. After the failure, my coupon disappeared from my account without being used. This is very disappointing, as I neither got a booking nor my coupon back. Kindly resolve this issue by restoring my coupon or providing a full refund at the earliest.
