I'm not able to open the app; it just flashes open and closes itself. Despite deleting the cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling, the problem is still there. So, I can't open the app, which means I can't use the reader either. I am using the Samsung Z Fold 5. In the meantime, I am using SumUp, so you guys are losing business. Let us know when it's fixed so we can try again.

**UPDATE** 26/05/2020 After using iZettle for years, because it simply was the best out there,I am leaving for a rival. You have completely messed it up. What I say below is still true despite there being several app software updates and reader updates, and a Twitter statement saying the "Android issues are now fixed". THEY AREN'T!!! What the heck have you done to this reader over the last few updates? It has gone from being the quickest and most reliable reader out there, which would ALWAYS connect instantly with my mobile,to being the same as the rest...SLOW and inconsistent! After the last few APP updates the reader takes forever to connect.and that's the BLUE and the GREEN versions.I have the latest software v6.3.6 and it is still the same. I Have done everything that support advise, SEVERAL TIMES re Bluetooth reset/cache clear etc but still to no avail. Sadly, you've ruined what was the very best mobile card reader/app around. If I could give zero * I would. Such a shame.

Do not get this app or terminal in the first place. The connectivity is awful. If the terminal goes into standby, it takes forever to get it back - that is, if it comes back at all. We have had this for less than 6 months and are already on our 2nd terminal as the first one just refused to work after 3 months. After a few months the second terminal suddenly decided that it would only take the payments in the second or even third attempt. Problem is - every time it shows on the customers account as if the money has gone out even though it hasn't, so they think they have been charged twice or three times. And trying to explain to them that they just have to wait 10 mins and it will rectify itself - not good !! So we have finally just given up on this system and asked for our money back - but no, because it has been more than 30 days, they will not give us the money back even though it has never really worked properly. Out of 4 deviced we tried to set up to work with the terminal only one of them worked - sometimes. So all in all - it is great when it works, but it very rarely does !! All I can say is - AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Hi Anne, I am sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues. As mentioned by our support team, the issue has been narrowed down to the mobile device compatibility. Unfortunately, since you've had the card reader and have been transacting for over 6 months, we can't refund this but we do strongly recommend trying a different mobile device.
