1. Launch Iriun Webcam app on your phone
2. Start Iriun Webcam Server on your PC
3. The phone is connected automatically to your PC using wireless WiFi network and the camera is ready to use.
4. Configure your desktop application to use Iriun Webcam as source for audio and video

This app is friggin' great. I imagined downloading it and then spending a day figuring out how to get the laptop and cell phone connected. But no need. I literally fired up the cell phone app, fired up the laptop app, and started seeing big, crisp, live video! ETA: I'm using the app to monitor my 3D printer. I frequently print at night and I don't want to keep all the lights on. So I bought the Pro version of Iriun just now for $5.49 one-time payment, and does everything I need!

Bought this not too long ago and suddenly has stopped working. Nothing has changed, but out of no where, I can no longer connect over wifi. This has happened in the past as well, and then suddenly starts working again, but this has been one of the longest amounts of time that it just won't work, and it's disappointing as I finally decided to buy the pro version. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

This app is easy to setup and works very well. Image quality is very good. Auto focus works really well. The computer side application allows connecting 3 phones simultaneously. It does work with lots of applications. I use it with OBS and have no issues with setting up the video capture device. Zoom has to be done from the phone but that is fine for me since I prefer to setup and not change anything during the stream or record session. The phone display can be set to dim automatically which does help to conserve battery life. Just a couple of thing I would like to see added to app. The ability to control brightness on the phone app. There are some situations where that would be very useful. I also would like the application on the computer to be able to always keep a specific phone as camera 1, 2, or 3. Currently whenever you connect a phone it randomly connects as 1, 2, or 3. For example, it would be great if I could configure a phone to always be camera 1. Other than that, this app is totally worth it.
