never order for delivery through this app. first the number present in the app is not reachable. second they use a third party delivery service which is completely unreliable. They keep lying that the delivery agent is not available and then that they have already dispatched.

Terrible experience. We got really bad service coz they were overbooked. It was not our fault that the restaurant was overbooked. They could have not taken my reservation. They did not have enough staff to serve. Half of the dishes were undercooked, remaining were tasteless. Overall a terrible experience.

Experience was good, but please encourage walk in customer to download app of barbeque nation as it will be beneficial for company in future (revenue growth)as they will certainly use app in future and can order online , because many of customers are coming randomly and they never come in barbeque earlier
