BBQ, UBQ delivery options are worst.. If I am interested in some special dish then there must be options available for selecting that dish only in multiple of no. of pieces or kgs as appropriate. But you have your predefined dishes combinations with your sizes. It's very bad. For example I am very Much interested to order multiple qty of your grilled fish of which I am a fan. but you don't have an option for same.. please take this feedback positively & implement it on priority

The latest version crashes now and then. I opted for bbq box delivery option every branch and every selected box was unavailable for delivery.. It took half a day to load the application with a good wifi connection. If you don't want to deliver why to keep this option? I understand for 1-2 products it must be unavailable but for all outlets and all products how can it be unavailable and yes the pop-up which comes to select different branch it takes atleast 2-3 mins to load the branches..

Worst app you could get. You couldn't track the order. App keep on signing out. Customer care is the worst you can get. They will give you a branch number which will not even operational (getting message stating it is incoming call is disconnected because the number wasn't recharged.) The overall experience is worst. Doesn't deserve even 0 star. Don't order anything from this app, your money is as good as gone in waste.
