Bought a fun book just to get jaunt credits so I could have a cool activity for my visiting friend. But the app is unusable: the map never showed up after trying all troubleshooting tips. without a map, I don't know where to go for a bike. I also filled out the form for the $50 in credits but never received anything back. I would just avoid this and rent from a local shop if you need an e bike

I tried to ride the bikes down town don't it's so dumb 😭 if you want to ride more then one bike with like other people on one account they make the app slow so then we'll your waiting to add another person your paying for your time on the other one and it's like impossible to end the ride I have to lag the app to get it to end just letting you know so you don't get ripped off the app is so dumb I love the idea but it sucks just trying to get the other bike hooked up I spent 5 on just standing

I was charged a $50 fee for "improper parking" after my 30-minute rental was suddenly cut short while I stepped away to grab a drink. I had every intention of ending the ride properly, but the app ended it without warning. If you hadn’t prematurely ended my rental, I would’ve parked the bike correctly. Charging me for something I had no control over is unfair and unacceptable.
