it was a fun ride and I had a great easy time with mine. however I ended up wasting some of my time while waiting for my partner because the app didn't work as well for him. it's odd because we have the same phone and app system. the app refused to let him park his bike.

frustrating when you have to move the bike around to get it to recognize when it it parked and you are trying to end the ride in the exact same spot you picked it up from.

I was charged a $50 fee for "improper parking" after my 30-minute rental was suddenly cut short while I stepped away to grab a drink. I had every intention of ending the ride properly, but the app ended it without warning. If you hadn’t prematurely ended my rental, I would’ve parked the bike correctly. Charging me for something I had no control over is unfair and unacceptable.
