I was charged a $50 fee for "improper parking" after my 30-minute rental was suddenly cut short while I stepped away to grab a drink. I had every intention of ending the ride properly, but the app ended it without warning. If you hadn’t prematurely ended my rental, I would’ve parked the bike correctly. Charging me for something I had no control over is unfair and unacceptable.

I think it's great that Sioux Falls finally has something like this, but it's certainly got its flaws. Overall the bikes aren't too disruptive downtown and they're parked respectfully. VERY expensive compared to other bikeshare systems, a 24 hour pass in Omaha is only slightly more than a 1 hour pass in Sioux Falls. The bikes are comfy, but the electric assist always wants to go 15 mph as long as you're pedaling, no matter how hard. No low speed control unless you stop pedaling.

it was a fun ride and I had a great easy time with mine. however I ended up wasting some of my time while waiting for my partner because the app didn't work as well for him. it's odd because we have the same phone and app system. the app refused to let him park his bike.
