honestly, the product is good. no complaints there, but the app has never worked for me. I have never even been able to login. Tells me to create an account, then it says user already exists. I try to login, and it says user not found. I have deleted the app multiple times, cleared the cache, the storage. nothing works. I can't access the app for a product that I bought?

the app needs major work and it'd be more useful to track you bite "reps" yourself because even if you make it past the sign up portion you're met with other bugs such as in my case I'm 5'10 (5.10 in app) but if I put that in my profile it resets to 5.1 and won't properly save. The workout tracker doesn't even attempt to properly count reps, 2 workouts that the app counted a total of 5 bites (3 & 2), meanwhile I counted 33 on the 1st and 28 on the 2nd.

The app is nothing short of it sucks. I can't upload a profile picture, the app freezes and doesn't let me back out so I have to completely close out, when I do the rep count the first time it counted two bite reps in a whole min. I did it again a couple minutes later (it really is a burner workout for your jaw) and it counted 0 reps. I plan on trying to find workouts on YouTube or just freeform workouts myself.
