Jazz has started a filthy game. My balance ran off just 3 days after recharge. I went straight to check my subscriptions on the aap. To my surprise, I was subscribed to a useless game service and they were charging me Rs. 10 on a daily basis. I also found some other subscriptions I never thought subscribe to. I then tried to unsubscribe them one by one. But, the offer that cuts 10 rupees daily cannot be yet unsubscribed due to their lame excuse of technical issues. I am gonna switch soon.

Jazz network is too slow and bad rather than worst signal issues to be faced during calls. Voice quality is too bad and neither usually doesn't transmit other end users nor to receive the caller end. Attention of the technical team is needed for this issue. Awaited for ur reply.

Overall the experience is quite decent, apart from the ad which pops up when claiming daily rewards, that bit is sometimes frustrating but I get it. I would have given a solid 4.5 but the app doesn't give me that option so I would stick with 4 for now. Also if you can include the option where users can check whether they have cleared their jazz advance off or not, that would be such a relief.
