The worst experience ever of buying the package through my bank card. My money got deducted and customer service declines if such a thing happening. and this is the second time this has happened to me. I've also done the complaint from within the app and by calling the customer service and they keep denying saying that it is not their fault and they cannot help with this.

Jazz has started a filthy game. My balance ran off just 3 days after recharge. I went straight to check my subscriptions on the aap. To my surprise, I was subscribed to a useless game service and they were charging me Rs. 10 on a daily basis. I also found some other subscriptions I never thought subscribe to. I then tried to unsubscribe them one by one. But, the offer that cuts 10 rupees daily cannot be yet unsubscribed due to their lame excuse of technical issues. I am gonna switch soon.

Very frustrating. I paid for international roaming charges for Jazz EURO5 bundle. Either I was totally unable to connect (Turkey) or was unable to get data roaming (Italy). Support services were disappointing, never replied or resolved the issue after multiple complaints. Very much disappointed.
