Jazz has started a filthy game. My balance ran off just 3 days after recharge. I went straight to check my subscriptions on the aap. To my surprise, I was subscribed to a useless game service and they were charging me Rs. 10 on a daily basis. I also found some other subscriptions I never thought subscribe to. I then tried to unsubscribe them one by one. But, the offer that cuts 10 rupees daily cannot be yet unsubscribed due to their lame excuse of technical issues. I am gonna switch soon.

Continued pathetic experience, with *non-caring* customer service... Since this is the only way to really get notice, I relate that my earlier complaint was addressed & money transferred back (owing to wrong deduction for package subscription by this app, which never actually got subscribed). However, services I never subscribed to were still added like last week & charges deducted. Customer service guy had no recompense... Fitting way to treat a loyal customer! Best regards, in retrospect...

SIMOSA -Jazz World app is very helpful and easy to use. I can check my balance, packages, internet usage, and call details without any problem. The app is fast, smooth, and well designed. Activating internet, call, and SMS bundles is very simple. It saves time and gives complete control over my Jazz number. I am satisfied with this app and I strongly recommend it to everyone.
