Jazz has started a filthy game. My balance ran off just 3 days after recharge. I went straight to check my subscriptions on the aap. To my surprise, I was subscribed to a useless game service and they were charging me Rs. 10 on a daily basis. I also found some other subscriptions I never thought subscribe to. I then tried to unsubscribe them one by one. But, the offer that cuts 10 rupees daily cannot be yet unsubscribed due to their lame excuse of technical issues. I am gonna switch soon.

I request that you provide your customers with full details—such as records of missed calls, incoming, and outgoing calls for the past month—directly within the app, just as other companies do. Please extend this feature to the Samosa app as well currently, it only displays outgoing call details, with no information regarding missed calls and incoming calls. please provide

since 2 days i have been trying to subscribe the Weekly freefire package but it gives the same technical issue and say try a minute later.. that is why i am reducing my rating from 5 to 2 after this review they give me quick response, good. but what was the response, your balance is insufficient. i have 87 balance and the package requires only 70 rs .. what a pathetic support your support team is just running away from the issue not solving it.
