shittiest app ever. Initially it couldn't be used from overseas. They updated their policy and then destruction began. It couldn't be accessed from overseas up and until you visit their branches in person and submit your email (though it was in their system already). It worked fine after that. I don't know, after a few days it again can't ne accessed from overseas.

Very bad experience. The app is very slow. It takes much time than usual in every step. Furthermore, my account has been charged occasionally which I do not face in other banking system. They charged 575 tk for issuing an atm card which has limited facilities comparing othe bank cards! Sms charge, nid charge... a list of so many!

There are several issues with the app that need to be fixed as soon as possible. The biggest issue is face verification. It often fails or gets stuck, creating a very poor user experience. There is also a payment issue. When I select Bank or bKash and proceed to pay, the app reloads and returns to the previous screen. I have to start again and reselect the payment method every time. It never works on the first attempt. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.
